We specialize in joint and pain relief products designed for seniors. Our current range includes heated knee braces, sciatica and hip support braces, and finger acupressure massagers. Every product is chosen for its effectiveness, ease of use, and drug-free approach to pain relief.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes. All of our products are non-invasive, drug-free, and designed for home use. That said, if you have a serious medical condition, recent surgery, or are under a doctor's care, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before using any new pain relief device.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. We source our products internationally to keep prices affordable, which means shipping takes a bit longer than domestic retailers — but we think the savings are worth it. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — check back or contact us for updates.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package at any time. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@medivise.com.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle, no long waits.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

The heated knee brace — how does it work?

The USB Heated Knee Brace plugs into any USB power source (wall adapter, power bank, or laptop). It has 3 heat settings so you can adjust the intensity. Simply wrap it around your knee, secure the velcro, and choose your heat level. Most customers use it for 20–30 minutes at a time.
