Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In its original packaging

To start a return, email us at support@medivise.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping if required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or confirm a defect via photo), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, worn, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@medivise.com.
