Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.

We want to be upfront: our products ship from overseas suppliers. This allows us to offer significantly lower prices than most domestic retailers, but it does mean delivery takes longer than you might expect from Amazon or a US-based store. Most orders arrive within 3–5 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be available in your order confirmation. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear in the system after your order is dispatched — this is normal and does not mean your order is lost.
If your tracking hasn't updated after 10 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While most orders arrive within the stated window, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier backlogs. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days (6 weeks), contact us at support@medivise.com and we'll resolve it promptly — either by reshipping or issuing a full refund.
Customs & Import Duties
For US customers, there are no customs duties on our products. If you are ordering from outside the US, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
